We recognize everybody has different needs and expectations, that’s why Turf-Dawg Offers so many different fertilizer programs. Our programs are broken down into 3 categories: Traditional, Hybrid and Eco Friendly. Within each of these categories are 4 service levels they are Economy, Standard, Deluxe, and Supreme.
Turf-Dawg Traditional
Our Turf-Dawg traditional program utilizes both granular and liquid applications along with EPA regulated herbicides and pesticides to maintain your lawns’ health and beauty.

Service Levels
(For Traditional and Hybrid Programs)
Turf-Dawg Economy - (4 Step Fertilizer program)
Step 1 – (March – April) Balanced fertilizer with controlled release nitrogen and Broadleaf weed pre and post emergent. Liquid Broadleaf weed control also applied as needed.
Step 2 – (May – June) Balanced fertilizer with controlled release nitrogen and Broadleaf weed control. Liquid Broadleaf weed control also applied as needed.
Step 3 – (June – July) Balanced fertilizer with controlled release nitrogen with Grub preventative. Liquid Broadleaf weed controls applied as needed.
Step 4 – (August – September) Balanced fall fertilizer with controlled release nitrogen.
Turf-Dawg Standard - (5 Step Fertilizer program)
Step 1 – (March – April) Balanced fertilizer with controlled release nitrogen and Broadleaf weed pre and post emergent. Liquid Broadleaf weed control also applied as needed.
Step 2 – (May – June) Balanced fertilizer with controlled release nitrogen and Broadleaf weed control. Liquid Broadleaf weed control also applied as needed.
Step 3 – (June – July) Balanced fertilizer with controlled release nitrogen and Grub preventative. Spot treating of weeds applied as needed.
Step 4 – (August – September) Balanced late summer early fall fertilizer with controlled release nitrogen. Spot treating of weeds applied as needed.
Step 5 – (September – November) Balanced fall fertilizer with limestone application. This application controls soil PH, strengthens turf, encourages root growth and reduces thinning out during winter
