Frazzle, Our beloved Golden retriever was the inspiration for the Name Turf-Dawg. When Frazzle was a young Pup he would eat the lawn and I would chase him around the yard trying to get him to stop. Knowing his love for eating the lawn and the fact that Frazzle did not have shoes to protect himself against chemicals was always a concern. That is why putting unnecessary chemicals on the lawn got my attention. We have always had a dog in our family but Frazzle was extra special. Last December after almost 15 years of love and service Frazzle crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Frazzle lived a long and wonderful life and really enjoyed being out in the yard. he would roll around the lawn on his back (a common trait for goldens). I would like to think it was because of the lush green grass. Either way I always knew the lawn was safe.
